SWIMMER BEHAVIOR CODE
In order to make the Evergreen Lakes Swim Team a pleasant experience for everyone involved and so that each swimmer can make the most of his/her swim team experience, certain minimal standards of behavior will be required. Behavior including but not limited to profanity, name-calling, physical violence, poor sportsmanship, and disobeying Coach’s instructions will not be tolerated. Swimmers engaging in unacceptable behavior stand to lose team privileges including loss of participation in meets.
Read and understand the above Behavior Code, and agree that as a member of the Evergreen Lakes Swim Team you will abide by the Code. You will act in an appropriate manner and will treat all participants in the Swim Team with courtesy and respect during any Swim Team activity.
By checking the waiver box during the registration process, you agree that you have read and understand the above Swimmer Behavior Code and you and your family will abide by the requirements outlined.
